CANCELLATION POLICY
At JAZ S.K.N., your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review my policies before booking: 📅 Cancellations / Reschedules • I kindly require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require prepayment for future appointments. • I understand life happens , any emergency please contact me! ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shorten or rescheduled. It will only be treated as a late cancellation if you chose not to reschedule or decline a shorten service. 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all facials appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance at checkout. 💫 Respecting Each Other’s Time Please note that last-minute changes affect my ability to serve other clients. Your understanding and support help keep JAZ S.K.N. running smoothly and intentionally — where each experience is calm, personalized, and luxurious. Return & Product Policy All skincare products are final sale once opened due to hygiene and product integrity standards. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. If a product does not work for your skin, I’m happy to offer store credit so we can properly adjust your regimen and ensure better results moving forward. Your skin health is always my priority, and I’m here to guide you toward what works best for you long-term. 💻 Virtual Skin Analysis Policy Virtual skin analysis are delivered within 48–72 hours after all required photos and intake forms are received. Clear photos are required to complete the analysis. Instructions are sent after booking. Due to the personalized digital nature of this service, all virtual skin analysis sales are final once photos and intake forms are submitted. * This service is non-transferable.
